Father and son Lalli, Gino and Antonio make a wonderful organic olive oil from local olive varieties. In this video we follow Gino during the whole proces: from pruning in May till the harvest and milling in November. Gino works in the traditional way that means he uses stones for the milling of the oil. Molise is the least industrialised region of Italy. The olive oil of Gino and Antonio is pure, organic and very tasty.
